2) Use the Best Layout Ideas
There’s a few different opinions out there, but this Cafe World guide will show you 2 of the best. One great option is a horse shoe shape, because you can put your counters in the middle, so your servers don’t have to walk too far to serve each customer.
Another great cafe layout is having rows of tables set up. These make it easy for your server to get to each customer, because they just walk up and down each row.
